Fall Conference Exhibitor Information
Fall Conference Exhibit Booth Registration for Sponsors
MNDONA is pleased to announce that our annual sponsorship registration is now live. Participating as an annual sponsor has many perks and benefits, including first access to register for the Fall Conference exhibit booths.
Annual sponsorships will be available for purchase through August 31, 2026. Those purchasing a sponsorship will have first access to Fall Conference exhibit booth registration through July 31. The following Fall Conference Exhibit Booth benefits are included with the annual sponsorships:
- Silver Sponsors - 50% discount ($3750 on Fall Conference exhibit booth
- Gold Sponsors - one complimentary Fall Conference exhibit booth
- Platinum Sponsors - two complimentary Fall Conference exhibit booths (double booth)
Booths include one 6-foot table with linen, two chairs, and pipe and drape.
Please note that annual sponsors will be able to register for a Fall Conference Exhibit Booth after registering for sponsorship. A link to the exhibit booth registration will be provided in your confirmation email, and your exhibit booth rate will automatically be discounted based on your sponsorship level ($375 for Silver Sponsors and complimentary for Gold and Platinum sponsors).
Fall Conference Exhibit Booth Registration for Non-Sponsors
For vendors not purchasing an annual sponsorship, the Fall Conference exhibit booth registration will open on August 1, 2026.
- Booths are $750 and will include one 6-foot table with linen, two chairs, and pipe and drape.

The deadline for registering for a Fall Conference exhibit booth is Friday, September 11, or until the event is at capacity.
