MN-DONA provides the following benefits to its members:

• District Meetings: Held in 7 districts around the state, this is your chance to meet with DONs, ADONs, LALDs and other Nurse Leaders in your area to discuss current issues and share concerns.

• Continuing Education: Discounted Registration Fee for Spring Connection and Fall Conference (CEUs approved prior to the conferences by MN-BELTSS), and a free webinar in February and August.

• Networking: Ability to network with those that work in the same field and also exhibiting companies that provide the products and services you use.

• Liaisons: To APIC MN, LeadingAge of MN, Care Providers Regulatory, MN Center for Nursing, OHFC and other organizations.

• Scholarships: MN-DONA's mission to promote leadership excellence through education is the catalyst for providing educational scholarships through funds raised by our Take a Chance on Education raffle, Fall Conference scholarships provided by MN-DONA sponsors, and a Personal Balance scholarship at the Spring Connection.

• Job Postings: Occasional job postings specifically catered toward nurse leaders are emailed to members.
